I’m Lupe Springer-Hodges, a real estate broker based in Woodland and Davis, California, and I specialize in horse properties, rural homes, ranchettes, and new residential development throughout Yolo County.
Real estate and construction have been lifelong passions of mine. From an early love of building and design to more than 20 years of full-time brokerage experience and 2,000+ closed transactions, I bring a practical, hands-on understanding to every client relationship.
Many of my clients are drawn to country living—homes with acreage, barns, pastures, and space to breathe. As a horse owner myself, I understand what truly matters in a horse property and how to present these homes to the right buyers. I also work closely with a developer, helping clients purchase new construction and navigate both the vision and the details.
In today’s fast-paced world, I focus on protecting what matters most to my clients: their time, energy, and money. My role is to simplify the process, make meaningful connections, and help you move forward with confidence.
I’m deeply involved in the community and currently serve on the Board of Directors for the California Association of REALTORS®, advocating for professionalism and strong housing policy. Outside of work, I enjoy time with my family and riding my horse, Nadia.
